Robin Hamilton is a native Californian, avid yogi and a foodie. She loves to talk, educate, grow, eat and share what she has learned in the realm of food and nutrition. She has a master’s degree in Holistic Health Education from John F. Kennedy University and she graduated from the Natural Chef Program at Central Carolina Community College (CCCC), where she currently teaches. She is passionate about the relationship between what we eat and the effect it has on our health, especially for people on the autism spectrum. She strongly believes food is medicine, and can be used therapeutically to facilitate healing. Her other culinary experiences includes: Chef at both Bella Donna Restaurant and Camp Royall, a camp for individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as Chef/educator for iAspire, a non-profit which supports young adults with autism. Robin is both honored and thrilled to now be a part of Grow Well!
