Marcy Luna has delivered personal training and group exercise classes to thousands of people throughout her 20-year professional career. She earned her master’s degree from George Washington University in Exercise Science, Nutrition and Eating Behavior. Using her understanding of training options and scientific research, she has taught a wide range of classes including step aerobics, muscle conditioning and functional training. Marcy knows the mental, emotional and physical benefits of exercise, and is passionate about inspiring others to live their best life.
