Chris Walker

Coach Chris Walker realized in college that he wanted a career that involved fitness and fun. As an elementary physical education teacher since 1996, he achieves that goal every day.  Chris is a lifelong athlete who passes along his love of competitive sports through coaching (cross country, track, soccer and basketball in the middle school and high school levels) and training.   In addition, he teaches and trains adults of all ages and fitness levels to improve functional fitness and move with ease. Chris adjusts the intensity or complexity of each exercise so your body gets the workout you are ready for.  “Life is too short to not have fun. I can take you to whatever level of functional fitness you desire. I will challenge you to work hard so you will reap maximum benefits and we will have fun and laugh in the process.”
